CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to provide every client with the highest level of care. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy: 48-Hour Cancellation Notice We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. * Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may still be subject to the cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion.
